Our proprietary investment model combines a traditional investment income stream from an equity fund that is pledged as guarantor capital to satisfy LIHTC and lender requirements. Investors have full transparency of the equity fund as it generates typical returns. Our investors then achieve a secondary income stream by sharing in developer fees (earned at project closing) and owner draws from operating cash flow.
