We have robust partnerships with community organizations who work exclusively to enrich the lives of persons and families with developmental and other disabilities. Such programs include sports leagues, inshore fishing, therapeutic horse riding, summer camps for children and adults, and many others.

Implementing sustainable and durable solutions such as Fortified Construction in all housing projects. Our team has completed projects certified through LEED, Enterprise Green Communities, Fortified, and USGBC Green.
Comprehensive Support Services
Every project undertaken by Specialty Housing Partners includes access to our internal Supportive Services Team that works to tailor individual and group services based upon the specific needs of each property. We pursue Service Coordinator grants at all eligible properties and have a proven track record of delivering comprehensive supportive services for individuals and families. Our Support Services put the pieces together for comprehensive care.
