Specialty Housing Partners is seeking partnerships with public housing authorities and non-profit housing providers who are working to preserve and expand affordable housing opportunities. We are particularly seeking partnerships with organizations who are committed to expanding resources for lower-income households with disabilities. We bring expert real estate acumen and over 20 years of HUD, LIHTC, and USDA-RD experience and deploy it strategically to expand the development capacity of select organizations. Accessibility Tools
ADA Check is a subsidiary of Specialty Housing Partners offering expert level ADA/504 Coordinator Services for public housing authorities, public school districts, local governments, and other organizations. Need onsite assessments of facilities to address potential fair housing, ADA or other compliance issues? ADA Check has a team expert evaluators who will travel to your location and conduct detailed evaluations using industry standard tools while also providing staff training and advocacy. The ADA/504 Compliance Shop offers budget-friendly tools to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and other accessibility laws. These products are designed to empower expanded accessibility for persons with disabilities while also ensuring administrative compliance with these complex laws. All products are created and maintained by industry experts who also have personal, lived experiences with disabilities. We are constantly developing and launching new compliance tools for public entities, affordable housing providers, public housing authorities, and school districts. All of our ADA Coordinators are certified through the celebrated ADA Coordinator Training Certificate Program at the University of Missouri and the Great Plains ADA Center.
